Upon purchase, we will send you an email to confirm your purchase and request you to send the information you would like on the card like your Logo/ Company name/ your name/ title. Based on your input, we will show you a sample of how your card will look. To ensure overall satisfaction, we will all go to print once you have approved the design.

Our designer will take your brief and then You will then approve the design prior going to print for overall satisfaction.

The Mientree card has an NFC chip inside that wirelessly sends your information. Tapping the card on compatible phones will create a notification with a link that will open up with your contact information ready for saving. For older phones that lack NFC capabilities, there is a QR code on the back of the card.

The possibilities are virtually endless. We have found that the most common is the transfer of contact details, social media handles, websites & product information, although anything with a digital presence can be transferred.

Once purchased you will receive an email with an invitation to create a User Login and Password. Set up your account by creating your profile on the Dashboard. Here is where you can add all of your contact details, social media handles & create multiple profiles etc.

You can change your details in real-time in a matter of seconds within your online profile. Did you know you can also switch between profiles if you have more than one business?

No, it's as simple as tap and go. As this technology is similar to Apple and Android Pay, 9/10 phones are now compatible with all of Mientree Cards’ features.

All Androids and all newer models of iPhones are compatible with our Mientree tap feature. For older iPhones, we recommend using the QR code feature on the back of the card.

Yes, you can! Just purchase one of our custom-designed cards. However, the delivery may take longer.

Mientree is as secure as any new-age technology and as safe as the information you put on it. It only works within an inch of a compatible device, and can only share, rather than extract information. In addition, there is no financial information stored. All details shared are typically details you will have on any of your traditional business cards.

If you are concerned about security, we even offer custom solutions by integrating the system on your server and using your database. That way all your information stays in house.

There is no subscription fee to use our cards after your initial purchase. However, we will be introducing added features and services to the card in the future which may have a subscription service. You may choose to sign up or opt out of this service when available.
